Pittsburgh’s Small Press Festival!
I will be sitting on the “Women in Publishing” panel and I cannot express how excited I am to be a part of it. Here are the details:

SPF is Pittsburgh’s Small Press Festival featuring presses, organizations, and publications from the tri-state region. It is sponsored by Open Thread (www.openthread.org) and is supported in part by a Seed Award from The Sprout Fund.
The festival will be held throughout July and will feature readings, release parties, panel discussions, and other gatherings. The central facet of SPF, however, will be a weekend expo of publications held on July 18th and 19th at the Regina Gouger Miller Gallery on CMU campus.

Events range from panel discussions to poetry readings to installations, release parties and screenings. And please note–events are a)free, b)donation suggested, or c)5 bucks. That’s pretty darn good.
