audience participation with The Wrens.
Staying in Pittsburgh for the weekend. I left it up to my dad, because I wasn’t going to be all teenager-y and stubborn and have him worry all day during my travels. In Hamilton, they are at a level 3 on the roads already–which means unless it is an absolute emergency, you can’t be out there driving around. It’s hard to picture the severity when it isn’t snowing here, but I understand. Can’t control the weather.
I’m superbummed about it, but I can’t control this situation. I’d rather be safe than stranded at a greyhound station in the middle of Ohio.
Screw it–I’m going for it. If I get stranded in Pataskala, I’ll deal with that if/when it happens. My route isn’t cancelled so there’s no reason not to try.
Looks like I’m not going home to Ohio because there is a huuuuuge snowstorm rolling in today–my dad just called(it’s 8:30am) and it’s already coming down, and they’re letting schools out two hours early in anticipation for it. Up to 8 inches or more. He’s going to call and give me an update on the conditions around 11am.
DANG IT. What’s a lady have to do to see her family? To get a break around here??
